I was going to work. I parked my car, got down and started walking toward my office building. It was then when I started feeling like some small “grains” were inside my mouth. I spat to the floor and some of them got out. They were similar in size and shape to a sesame seed.
I continue walking but, again, I felt some “grains” inside my mouth. This time they were also kind of biting me in the inside of my cheeks and on my tongue. I continue walking toward the building and I keep on spiting the “grains”.
I decide to stop to check on one that I felt on the corner of my mouth between the lips and observed it. They were the color of dried wood and had all around the border a tiny white cilia (small hair-like vibrating structure), and in the pointy part had what looked like a biting mouth.
I touched my mouth and my hand got stained with blood. My immediate thought was: “I have to solve this or I won’t be able to go to work”.
I resumed walking, entered the building and went straight to the bathroom.
When I saw myself in the mirror I could not move my eyes from my face. It had semi-coagulated blood and in my right cheek, I had some living thing long and skinny like thin spaghetti, some of them very dark blue in color alternating with some that were colored in very bright orange. They were as if sawing my cheek, entering by one hole and exiting by another, thence the blood, but at the same time pouring something that coagulated it. They were not static but constantly moving very slowly, sinuously like snakes. The “grains” were their eggs.
Then it came to me: “I’m definitely not going to be able to go to work!”
